This immersive production reinterprets over 60 iconic paintings and sketches selected from the collections of national art museums in Bucharest, the Theodor Aman Museum, and the Pinacoteca, part of the Bucharest City Museum, as well as those in Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Galați, Iași, and Constanța. Among them are famous Romanian artworks such as "Cart with Oxen," "Bluebells," "Unirea Principatelor," and "Girl from a Magnate."
The selection and reinterpretation of these works through an immersive show aim to enhance the visibility and appreciation of Romanian art. In a global context where immersive exhibitions dedicated to international artists like Van Gogh and Monet are very popular, "The Most Famous Classic Romanian Painters: An Immersive Journey into Romanian Art" offers a unique opportunity to showcase the contribution and influence of Romanian artists in the universal cultural heritage. This project not only brings to the forefront the works of great Romanian painters but also promotes a deeper understanding of Romanian art and culture in a contemporary international context.
