The immersive show will offer a captivating and educational journey into the wonders of the cosmos. With a strong focus on the Solar System and humanity's achievements in space exploration, this show will take audiences on a fascinating journey among planets, stars, and other astronomical objects.
A special feature of this show is the inclusion of archival footage from the first space missions of the Bulgarian astronauts Georgi Ivanov - the first Bulgarian to fly in space (1979) on the Soyuz 33 mission, and Aleksandar Aleksandrov - the second Bulgarian cosmonaut (1988), who flew on the Soyuz TM-5 mission to the Mir space station. The images captured during this astonishing experience in space can be seen as part of the immersive show "Cosmos", created by MINA. The archival video excerpts are selected from the BNT Archive.
"Cosmos – Discover the Mysteries of the Universe" is an original MINA production, created and directed by MINA Creative Studios.
"Cosmos" offers a fascinating journey through the Solar System, presenting details about each planet, star, and other celestial bodies. From insights into the structure and characteristics of every planet to the discovery of sound waves produced by a black hole, the show is designed as a rich source of knowledge and inspiration.
The immersive exhibition will also feature a special exhibition presenting information, artifacts and photographs related to the first Bulgarian space missions. These materials have been provided courtesy of the Institute for Space Research and Technology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
