A nine-course gastronomic experience conceived by Chef Alexandru Marius, where fine dining and immersive installation merge into a single sensory journey. A progression from surprise to comfort, from intensity to balance — designed to be lived with all senses.
The entire menu is built on controlled contrast and deliberate alternation — between what you expect and what you find. Between the familiar and the unknown. Between intensity and stillness, surprise and comfort.
