- Duration: The concert lasts 45 minutes (doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts)
- Minimum age required: 5 years old or older
- Seating: Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the sections corresponding to your tickets.

- Tickets become invalid once the event begins. We always try to accommodate late arrivals as long as this does not compromise the experience of the artists or other spectators; however, we reserve the right to refuse entry once the event has started or to seat you in a different ticket category section.
