Please note that the candles are made of wax and have an electric mechanism for safety reasons.
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in the sections for which you have tickets. Your ticket will expire once the event has started. We always try to accommodate delays as long as it does not compromise the experience of the artists and other spectators, but we reserve the right to deny access if the event has started or to seat you in a section of another ticket category. Failure to arrive on time for the performance does not entitle you to a refund or to use your ticket for a later performance.
