Seating & Ticket Policy:
- General seating: With these tickets, you can sit in any seat except the front row around the stage. Seats will be occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tickets become invalid once the event begins.
- We always try to accommodate late arrivals as long as this does not disrupt the artists or other guests. However, we reserve the right to deny entry once the event has started or to seat you in a section of a different ticket category.
- Late arrival does not entitle you to a refund or to use the ticket for a later performance.
Warning! The immersive experience contains rapidly changing images, as well as lighting effects and loud sounds, which may be harmful to individuals for whom such stimuli are medically contraindicated (e.g., epilepsy, vertigo).
Please note: The candles are made of wax and feature an electric mechanism for safety reasons.

Warning! Multisensory Events are designed to stimulate multiple senses – visual, auditory and olfactory. There will be ambient scents in the auditorium used to complement the artistic atmosphere.
