This document provides third-party users with the rules regarding the terms and conditions of using the website https://www.minamuseum.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the conditions for selling Tickets, available for purchase in the “Tickets” section: https://specials.minamuseum.com/.

The Website is operated by MINA Museum SRL (“MINA”), headquartered in Bucharest, Aleea Fetești no. 2-4, Sector 3, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J40/13894/2023, with Tax Identification Code no. RO48547046.

Use of the Website (including accessing, browsing, and purchasing tickets) constitutes implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document, with all resulting legal effects.

MINA reserves the right to modify the content of this document at any time, without prior notice to the users (“Users”). Users will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions to consult them at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of reference.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1. MINA – Museum of Immersive New Art: the trade name of MINA Museum, headquartered at Aleea Fetești no. 2-4, Sector 3, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J40/13894/2023, with Tax Identification Code no. RO48547046, and operational office at Str. George Constantinescu 2-4, Sector 2.
  • 1.2. SELLER: MINA.
  • 1.3. USER: Any person accessing the Site Content using an electronic device.
  • 1.4. SITE: https://www.minamuseum.com/, owned by MINA.
  • 1.5. MY CART: Section where tickets are reserved for 4 hours before cancellation.
  • 1.6. ORDER / ORDER FORM: Document showing intent to purchase products. Adding to cart is not an order.
  • 1.7. CONTRACT: Distance contract concluded upon confirmation via email/SMS.
  • 1.8. CONTENT: Includes site info, communications, pricing, and privileged information.
  • 1.9. TICKETS: Products including access to exhibitions and events.
  • 1.10. CAMPAIGN / Early Bird: Limited-time commercial offers.
  • 1.11. NEWSLETTER / COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS: Informative content with opt-out options.
  • 1.12. REVIEW: User-submitted evaluation based on experience.
  • 1.13. ABUSIVE USE: any use of the Website against best practices, regulations, or laws, potentially causing harm to MINA, collaborators, or other Users.
  • 1.14. RIGHTS: The site's content and software are owned by MINA and protected by copyright laws.
  • 1.15. PENALTIES: Any fraudulent copying, modification, or download will be punished under the law.

Online Sales Policy

1. Online Store

MINA offers access and event/show tickets via an online payment service. Users can purchase tickets for permanent or temporary exhibitions and shows.
Tickets are non-transferable and entry is conditional on presenting them at reception. Tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile phone. Each ticket has a unique barcode for entry scanning.
Children under 3 years old get free access to permanent exhibitions.

2. Placing an Order

  • Select the event and tickets by date and time.
  • Choose the delivery method.
  • Select payment method and enter personal details.
  • Review the order, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit the order.
  • Order is confirmed by Entertix.ro.

Note: All online orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Payment implies agreement with the event rules. Disagreement with event rules does not justify refunds or chargebacks.

3. Prices

  • Prices include VAT and apply to all orders.
  • Total cost is shown before payment.
  • The Seller is not liable for additional fees or bank charges.

4. Contract Conclusion

The Website content is a general invitation and does not form a contract.
The contract is concluded when the purchase is confirmed via email or SMS.

5. Delivery

  • Tickets are sent as PDF attachments via confirmation email.
  • Postal delivery is not available.
  • For SMS delivery, Users receive a QR code link.

6. Payments

  • Only credit/debit card payments are accepted.
  • Secure payment standards are used.
  • Cultural cards (UP, Pluxee) accepted; Edenred is not.
  • Benefit platform tickets valid Wednesday–Friday for permanent exhibitions (voucher required).

7. Guarantees

  • Tickets guarantee entry.
  • No refunds in case of force majeure or unforeseen events.
  • Refunds apply only if MINA is at fault (excluding fees).
  • MINA is liable only for intent or gross negligence.

8. Return Policy

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
By purchasing, Users accept this policy.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016).

10. Miscellaneous

  • MINA may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms.
  • The Romanian Civil Code complements these terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Romanian law applies. Jurisdiction lies with Bucharest courts.
