This document, through its content, provides third-party users with the Regulations regarding the terms and conditions of use of the website https://www.minamuseum.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the conditions for the sale of Tickets, offered for sale in the “Tickets” Section: https://specials.minamuseum.com/.

The Website is operated by MINA Museum SRL (“MINA”), headquartered in Bucharest, Aleea Fetești no. 2-4, District 3, registered with the National Trade Register Office under no. J40/13894/2023, having Fiscal Identification Code RO48547046.

Use of the Website (including access, browsing, and purchasing tickets) constitutes implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document, with all legal effects arising therefrom.

MINA reserves the right to modify the content of this document at any time, without prior notice to Users. Users will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions published on the Website, the applicable version being the one in force at the time of access.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1. MINA – Museum of Immersive New Art: the trade name of MINA Museum, headquartered at Aleea Fetești no. 2-4, District 3, registered with ONRC under no. J40/13894/2023, VAT code RO48547046, with an operating location at Str. George Constantinescu 2-4, District 2.
  • 1.2. SELLER: MINA.
  • 1.3. USER: any person accessing the Website content via an electronic device.
  • 1.4. WEBSITE: https://www.minamuseum.com/, owned by MINA.
  • 1.5. MY CART: section where tickets are reserved for 4 hours before cancellation.
  • 1.6. ORDER / ORDER FORM: document expressing the intention to purchase. Adding to cart does not constitute an order.
  • 1.7. CONTRACT: distance contract concluded via email/SMS confirmation.
  • 1.8. CONTENT: includes website information, communications, prices, and privileged data.
  • 1.9. TICKETS: products granting access to exhibitions and events.
  • 1.10. CAMPAIGN / Early Bird: commercial offers available for a limited period.
  • 1.11. NEWSLETTER / COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS: informational content with unsubscribe option.
  • 1.12. REVIEW: evaluation submitted by a user based on personal experience.
  • 1.13. ABUSIVE USE: use contrary to practices, regulations, or law, with potential harm.
  • 1.14. RIGHTS: content and software are owned by MINA and protected by copyright law.
  • 1.15. SANCTIONS: any fraudulent copying, modification, or downloading is punishable by law.

2. Online Sales Policy

2.1. Online Store

MINA offers tickets for access to events and exhibitions through an online payment service. Tickets are non-transferable, and access is granted upon presentation at reception, in physical or digital format. Each ticket has a unique scan code.

Children under 3 years old benefit from free access to permanent exhibitions.

2.2. Placing an Order

  • Select the desired event and tickets (date and time).
  • Choose the delivery method.
  • Select the payment method and complete personal details.
  • Review the order, accept the Terms and Conditions, and submit the order.
  • The order is confirmed by Entertix.ro.

Note: All online orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified.

Payment implies acceptance of the event rules. Non-acceptance does not justify refunds or returns.

2.3. Prices

  • Prices include VAT and apply to all orders.
  • The total cost is displayed before payment.
  • The Seller is not responsible for additional bank fees.

2.4. Contract Conclusion

Website content represents a general invitation, not a contractual offer.

The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email or SMS.

2.5. Delivery

  • Tickets are sent as PDF attachments via confirmation email.
  • Postal delivery is not available.
  • For SMS delivery, the User receives a link to a QR code.

2.6. Payments and Discounts

  • Only bank card payments (credit/debit) are accepted.
  • Payments with any George / BCR card benefit from a 20% discount.
  • This discount cannot be combined with other offers (e.g., group discounts or bundles such as combined tickets, multi-slot tickets, or promotional packages). Only one discount applies—the highest value one.
  • The 20% discount applies only to “Immersive Exhibitions” and “MINA Kids,” not to special events (films, yoga, concerts, etc.).
  • Currently, payment is available only by entering George card details; Google Pay and Apple Pay are not supported.
  • Partner discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and apply only to “Immersive Exhibitions” and “MINA Kids.”
  • Secure payment standards are used.
  • Cultural cards (UP, Pluxee, Edenred) are accepted.
  • Benefit platform vouchers are valid only Wednesday–Friday for permanent exhibitions.

2.7. Guarantees

  • Tickets guarantee access.
  • No refunds are offered in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events.
  • Refunds apply only if MINA is responsible, excluding fees.
  • MINA is liable only for intentional acts or gross negligence.

2.8. Return Policy

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

By purchasing, the User accepts this policy.

2.9. Personal Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 679/2016).

2.10. Miscellaneous

  • MINA may modify these Terms at any time.
  • Invalid clauses do not affect the validity of the rest of the document.
  • The Romanian Civil Code supplements these provisions.

2.11. Access for Persons with Disabilities

Persons with disabilities benefit from free access to immersive exhibitions, shows, and the Mina Kids space. These facilities do not apply to special events (yoga sessions, film screenings, workshops, etc.).

2.12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Romanian law applies. Disputes are settled by courts in Bucharest.

Visiting Regulations

By purchasing an access ticket, visitors agree to these regulations.

  1. We reserve the right to modify the operating schedule; visitors will be notified in advance via phone or email, and changes will be announced on the website and social media.
  2. Visitors must follow staff instructions regarding equipment use and may not handle technical equipment or exhibition items except as instructed.
  3. Visitors must respect the peace and comfort of others. MINA reserves the right to refuse access or request departure of individuals who are intoxicated, use offensive language, or behave aggressively, without refund.
  4. Parents must supervise children at all times. MINA Kids access is allowed for children under 8 only with adult supervision. The slide is for ages 5–14; adults are not allowed.
  5. For hygiene reasons, children must wear socks in MINA Kids, and accompanying adults must wear protective covers.
  6. Strollers are not allowed inside and must be left at reception.
  7. Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
  8. In case of cleaning interventions, visitors must notify staff and avoid marked areas.
  9. Visitors must wear access wristbands at all times and respect scheduled time slots. After 15 minutes from entry, tickets are no longer refundable.
  10. Damage or vandalism will be sanctioned according to the law. The space is under video surveillance.
  11. By visiting, MINA reserves the right to use images from events for non-commercial promotional purposes.
  12. Visitors may access only areas corresponding to their tickets. Restricted areas are not accessible.
  13. MINA is not responsible for unattended personal belongings.
  14. Failure to follow these rules may result in accidents (injuries, sprains, fractures). MINA is not liable for such incidents.

Warning: The MINA experience includes visual and auditory stimuli that may affect certain individuals. Please exercise caution if you have neurological conditions (epilepsy, seizures, migraines, photosensitivity) or balance issues (vertigo, motion sickness). Projections include flashing lights, rapidly changing images, and loud sounds.
