All children with a ticket to the permanent MINA Bucharest shows can participate in the courses free of charge.
During the children's nutrition workshop, the little ones will discover the resources they get from food in order to have a healthy body and develop harmoniously. In their adventure through the world of nutrition, they will discover how certain vegetables resemble the parts of the body they nourish — for example, a sliced carrot looks like an eye, and as we know, carrots help with vision.
We will also learn how to create a nourishing rainbow on the plate, so that we eat grains, vegetables, fruits, protein-rich foods, dairy, and oils. We will also discuss the importance of hydration and how a healthy breakfast gives you the energy you need for a school day.
Starting from the words of Robert Kiyosaki: If you don’t know how to take care of money, money will stay away from you, in the children’s financial education workshop, the little ones will learn about money and its usefulness, why it is important to save (the difference between needs and wants), and also about banks and banking services.
In the end, they will understand why it’s important not to spend their money recklessly, but to start saving so they can turn their dreams into reality, after first making a plan.
